ELECTRONIC MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

Annual Fee per Household:

$50 for one dog

$75 for multiple dogs

$25 for Friend of the Dog Club (members without dogs)

Fees are due at time of registration and are subject to change annually.  ***No refund of membership fees****

All monies collected will be used for maintenance and supplies for the Dog Park.

You must include current vet record/invoice for 

Rabies, Distemper & Parvo vaccines with this application. 

Bordetella is recommended but not required.
