MEMBERSHIP

Members of the Happy Tails Dog Club must:

Be an owner or resident of Lake of the Woods, with liability insurance (homeowners or renters insurance)
Submit an application with vaccination records for each dog
Pay yearly dues as outlined below

Annual Fee per Household:

$50 for one dog (Prorated after 12/1)

$75 for multiple dogs

$25 for Friend of the Dog Club (members without dogs)

*** NO refund of membership fees****

Must have an electronic version of shot records

with expiration dates for each dog and

pay using PayPal or a credit card!

**PROCESSING IS 2-3 days, we are VOLUNTEERS**

Must print out registration form, paper copy

of shot record with expiration dates

for each dog and pay via check!

**PROCESSING IS 2-3 DAYS after receiving paperwork- we cannot control the United States Postal Service**
